How to join

You can download the Event Tech Summit app on Google Play and the Apple App Store, just follow the link below or scan the QR Code.

Once you've completed your Event Tech Summit registration and have received your ticket ID, you will receive an email with login instructions.

Event Tech Summit app FAQs

Unfortunately, in order to log in to Lively app, you have to complete your registration and onboarding first. Once you have registered and received your confirmation email you will then be able to use your email and registration/ticket ID to log in to the app.

To find the app all you need to do is search for 'Lively in the App Store or Google Play.
Once you have downloaded the app, you can log in using this short step-by-step guide:

1. Open the welcome email
To use the networking platform, you will receive a welcome email from ETS; in which you will receive your login details to the app and web.

2. Click on "log in" and enter your email address

3. Enter your ticket registration ID
NB If you do not know your registration ID, please click on the "Request a reminder".

4. Re-enter your email address, select your own personal password and click on "create Account"

5. Start networking now!

Please follow this link to log in using your registration email and badge number. Once there, set up your profile, check out our recommendations and start creating your schedule.

We've all been there, don't worry! Please follow these short instructions:

1. Enter the email address that you have previously logged in with.
2. Click 'Email me a password reset link' and go to your email inbox.
3. Open the email titled 'Reset your Lively password' and click on the 'reset password' button.
4. On the page, enter your new password twice and press the 'Reset Password' button.

1. Log in to the platform using your login and password.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top right.
3. Begin editing your profile. You can amend different types of information and features by clicking on the various fields and icons.
