Session: Round 2: Building Powerful Relationships (BPR)

This workshop is an interactive 2.5‑hour workshop that frames client relationships as a collective responsibility. The session opens with a client panel featuring SHV Holdings N.V., Jumbo, Royal Swinkels and ASML to surface the external perspective: how clients view our relationships and what they expect. We then shift to the inside perspective and work in small‑groups on real, relationship‑focused cases where participants learn from each other. By the end of the workshop you leave with concrete behaviours and personal commitments to strengthen long‑term client partnerships.
